About this template

Creative structure

The whole film is a phone camera viewfinder: a bottom mode wheel (photo, portrait, panorama, scan, video, time-lapse, burst, selfie and more), shutter and album buttons, a REC timer and viewfinder corners at the top. Each chapter switches camera mode and the visuals change with it: shutter opening, panorama sweep, live-text scan, portrait blur, multi-lens aperture, video quick-cut, time-lapse sky, burst and front-camera selfie. The presenter is a live card that stays through the film, framed on the face and moving with the camera, with bilingual karaoke-style captions.

Demo notes

The demo is the author's original film; the template is distilled from it, so you can swap in your own talking-head video, subtitles and music to produce the same style. The template contains 20 shot types.
