How do I use the download?

Download .motion and keep the original.
Give it to an AI assistant with file and command access.
Check runtime dependencies, preview, then export.

Wait for the attachment upload to finish, then ask the assistant to confirm it can read the file. If it keeps spinning, retry or use the ZIP compatibility download.
