Go from a template you like to your own finished video. Start with one project and build your workflow as you go.

Start your first video

Start by downloading a template and giving it to an assistant with file and code tools. Ask it to guide your creation, then follow these six steps.

  1. 01

    Choose and download →

Check the demo, aspect ratio and required inputs; keep the original package.

  2. 02

Hand off and check updates →

Use a separate project folder; check the version and runtime requirements.

  3. 03

Prepare inputs and approve the plan →

Supply copy, assets, narration and preferences before production.

  4. 04

    Review a real preview →

Check captions, assets, picture and sound using specific timestamps.

  5. 05

Export and save the project →

Play the full export and check dimensions, duration and audio sync.

  6. 06

Keep notes for next time →

Save preferences, revisions and a handoff for future sessions.

Send this with your template

Read the supplied .motion template, preserve the original and work in a separate project folder. Check its instructions, version, license, entry point and dependencies. Explain available updates and preserve the current project before applying them. Guide me through the topic, audience, platform, aspect ratio, duration, script, assets and audio. Propose a plan and wait for my confirmation before creating a real preview. If you cannot access files or run the template, explain what is missing and prepare a handoff. Revise using precise timestamps; after approval, export the video and deliver editable sources and output paths. Keep keys and private assets out of public files.

Assistants from China

These are workflow guides and official links, not endorsements or certification of a complete export. File access, command execution and template dependencies determine what each client can do.

TRAE

Offers project and agent workflows. Open the project folder and check file and terminal access before following the template instructions.

Official website and documentation ↗
Three steps to start
  1. Open a separate project directory with the template and assets.
  2. Send the prompt above; check real file access, dependencies and missing inputs.
  3. Approve the plan, review a preview, revise by timestamp and export with sources.

豆包

Provide the template instructions, topic and text limits to prepare narration, titles, captions and an asset list. Hand off to a local tool if this client cannot run the template.

Three steps to start
  1. Provide the README, parameter constraints and your goal.
  2. Prepare titles, script, captions and assets, identifying missing inputs.
  3. Hand off the package, brief and assets to an execution tool; review before export.

DeepSeek

Use it to develop scripts, shot plans and revision notes. Distinguish web chat from a local tool using a DeepSeek model: a model API alone does not provide file or rendering tools.

智谱清言 / GLM

Prepare content and assets within the template constraints. When using GLM in a coding assistant with file and shell tools, follow the local checks; the model name does not guarantee export.

The first run may take longer

The first run may need runtime tools, fonts and dependencies. Start with a short video, keep your preferences and revision notes, and reuse the environment.
