Information and use

We store your account email, username, display name and avatar to support sign-in, profiles and the service. Sign-in security, download and API usage records help protect accounts and record usage. Uploaded templates, covers and previews support content publishing.

Your username, display name, avatar and published work may be public. Your email is not displayed on your public profile.

Third-party services

GitHub and Google sign-in provide an account identifier, email, name and avatar. Google sign-in requests only openid, email and profile; it does not read Gmail messages or Google Drive files. These sign-in details are used only for accounts and authentication, not for advertising, sale or AI model training.

Resend sends verification and notification emails. We provide it with the recipient email address and the corresponding email content. We do not sell personal information.

Managing your information

You can edit your profile in Settings and revoke sign-in authorization in your GitHub or Google account settings. For data export, deletion or privacy questions, contact support@motiongit.com.

Creator API media and task data

Generation inputs are sent to the explicitly selected configured provider to perform the requested service. Active tasks retain necessary inputs; completed task text is cleared after seven days. Quotes retain input fingerprints rather than text. Private generated, uploaded and selected media expires after 30 days. Deletion/expiry stops media access while necessary receipts, source attribution, hashes and billing records remain for investigation and reconciliation. Provider processing and retention follow the applicable provider agreement; we do not promise zero provider retention. Voice cloning and avatars are not enabled. Administrator operations list status and necessary metadata rather than private prompts or media.

Website traffic statistics

We count successful public-page views, daily pseudonymous visitors, referring domains, device and browser categories, and approximate network country, region and city. Geolocation uses the DB-IP Lite database locally on our server; visitor IP addresses are not sent to that provider. Analytics does not retain raw IP addresses, full browser identifiers, user IDs, URL query parameters or referring URL paths. Pseudonymous identifiers rotate daily for same-day deduplication; aggregates are retained for 90 days. Account, sign-in and administration pages are excluded. We respect browser Do Not Track (DNT) and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. Regions are approximate network locations and can be affected by proxies and VPNs.
