Sign in, verify and reset your password

Verify your email and recover access to your account.

Registration and verification

Enter your email, username and password on the registration page. Use 8–200 characters. There is no additional requirement to mix uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers or symbols.

Enter the email’s 6-digit code on the verification page. Codes expire after 10 minutes and can only be used once. Resending invalidates the previous code. If still unverified, request another code from the verification page or account settings. Check spam and the email address’s spelling.

Reset your password

Enter your registered email on the reset page, then enter the email’s 6-digit code and your new password. Codes expire after 10 minutes; request a new one if needed. Sign in with your new password afterward. Resetting signs you out on all devices.

Unexpired, unused reset links in older emails still work. An invalid link offers a way to request a new code. The sign-in page shows which external login providers are available.

Change your password

Open Password & Sign-in and enter your current password and a new password of at least 8 characters. Accounts created through an external provider without a password can set one directly. Saving keeps the current device signed in, signs out other devices, and invalidates earlier reset links and codes.

Ignore verification or reset requests you did not make. Never share codes, links or passwords with other people.
