Claim your work
Check that the work page links to your original post and account. Unclaimed previews help verify sources. The original author supplies the real .motion template for review and publication. This guide uses local example accounts and work; no proof was posted to X.
1. Find your work and sign in
Open Unclaimed work and check the creator, original post and preview. Claim only your own work. Incorrect sources or rights concerns can use reporting and removal.

Figure 1: A local rehearsal. Verify the original source for a real claim.
2. Choose claim or removal
Open the work page, sign in and choose the author claim button. To remove the display, choose Request removal. The page generates a claim code. Confirm the request’s intent before submitting.

Figure 2: Use the code generated for your actual request, from the original account.
3. Post proof from the original account and submit its link
Post the current claim code from the X account that published the work. Enter that proof post’s link in the form. Check that the account matches the original creator and add notes if needed. Do not supply passwords, personal Keys, original identity documents or private project paths.
The screenshot’s https://x.com/original_creator/status/123 is a rehearsal placeholder, not a published proof. Review checks the account and claim code. Passing URL validation alone does not establish ownership.

Figure 3: Work transfers only after an administrator verifies and approves it.
4. Continue after review
Approved work moves to your account as a draft. Follow the packaging guide to make a real .motion package, checking source, parameters, styles, licenses and preview, then upload it for manual review. Claim approval does not generate a downloadable package or replace asset permissions.
Administrators verify removal requests before acting. Report other copyright, personal-data or source issues on the work page. The legal draft’s urgent and unauthenticated remedies still need completion; public posting should not be treated as the only remedy. See About for current contact information.
