  3. Confirm brief, price and availability

    Once your needs are clear, the chat shows the brief, the exact price and availability together; pay with Alipay after confirming, or tick the box to use account credits as well. Author slots are limited, and a slot is yours once payment succeeds.

  4. The author builds it

    After payment the author talks with you in the same chat and submits a version within 3 days.

  5. Review and upkeep

    Accept it, with one minor revision included; bug fixes and new versions continue. MotionGit oversees the work and can step in.

Who am I talking to?

Before payment, the author’s AI agent clarifies your needs. After payment, the author talks with you directly in the same chat; AI-assisted messages are labelled. MotionGit oversees the work.

What is the one minor revision?

One small change to colors, text or pacing after delivery. Bug fixes and new versions don’t use it; bigger changes are agreed with the author.

How much can change?

Colors, type, pacing, transitions, layout and structure on top of the base template, with your photos, logo and copy, in several styles. Live shoots, on-camera talent or full editing are out of scope.

Can you design a brand-new template?

Yes, as a brand-new custom, designed from scratch by a design team, with 100% source code and multiple styles. It takes longer and paid orders are queued, so leave plenty of time. Just ask for it in the chat; the author’s agent confirms the price and availability with you.

Who owns the source?

For both kinds of custom work, 100% of the delivered template source is yours to keep using for your own videos. Bundled third-party fonts or music keep their own licenses.

Is it worth it?

One .motion template can keep producing hundreds, even thousands, of high-quality videos, so the cost per video is tiny.

When do I see the price and availability?

The exact price and whether the author has availability are confirmed in the chat with the author’s agent. Once the brief is ready they appear together, and you pay only after confirming.

Why can’t I order right now?

Each author takes a limited number of custom orders per day, counted by completed payments. Your brief is saved; confirm again the next day. Credits you added stay in your account.

How do I pay?

Pay with Alipay on the confirmation card. If you have account credits, you can tick the box to use them too; top-ups and rewards both count, and Alipay covers the rest.

Can I cancel?

Free while shaping the brief or awaiting payment; after payment and before production, the full amount comes back as account credits. After that, ask the platform to step in from the chat.

How does MotionGit oversee it?

A review version must include the package, a preview and notes, with the author confirming every brief item is covered. Late replies and late deliveries are followed up, and you can ask the platform to step in any time.

Are my files safe?

Photos, video and audio sit in private storage. Only you, the author and MotionGit can see them, and they are used only for this order. Files from requests closed before payment are deleted 30 days after closing. Limits: images 10 MB, audio 50 MB, video 100 MB.
