It’s finally done! A Transformers-style car → robot transformation built with Claude Code and @claudeai Opus 5.5 at max effort.

No 3D models. No texture files. Just a big prompt, ~16,000 lines of TypeScript, and Three.js + WebGPU running in a browser.
